3:08 pm - Here's the trio of images right before delivery.

"Laced Up" is 16x20", "The Immortal" is 20x30", and "Peepshow" is 16"x20" (left to right).
They are watercolor, brush & ink, and paint markers on foamcore. "Peepshow" also has color pencil (the pink stripes on the stockings).

12:11 am - My final image for Garter Belts and Gasoline was finished Thursday!

Thursday morning around 5AM.
This one is titled "Peepshow". It features Bettina May and go-go Amy of Pretty Things Productions. I noticed their tour was coming through the Bay Area in June and set up an appointment to draw and shoot them.
I delivered the 3 pieces to Seaside around noon that afternoon.
That evening my lovely wife, the boy (who's birthday it was - 23rd), the girl, and myself went to Cobb's Comedy Club in SF to see Arj Barker. Great show!

The model is Jinx. I had a session with her where in I drew about 6 different poses and took photos and this is the one that stood out to me.

The Livermore Art Associations first show focused on the figure! There will be two receptions. Thurs. April 30th 7:00-9:00 and Sun. May 3rd 2:00 - 4:00. Come enjoy the beauty of the human form. Meet the artists during the receptions. Bothwell Art Center, 2466 Eighth St. Livermore, Ca., 94550.
I'll have 4 framed pieces and 10 unframed pieces for sale.

I call it "Old Favorite". I believe the model has moved on from figure modeling and now concentrates on Belly Dance.

Thanks to an introduction on account of ![[info]](http://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) kumimonster's birthday in '03 I was able to call the Glaskat and get in on some caricature action in the slowest of months last week. (I've drawn at the Salsa Night's for a different promoter, but this was the first time I've been back on a Wednesday.) The patrons loved it and were most gracious and generous! The promoter said he may have me back once in awhile. We'll see.
Anybody need a caricaturist at an event this week?
